About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Associate with B2C experience and 1-3 years of experience in the ed-tech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic partnerships that will help drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and working professionals to understand their study abroad goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive B2C sales by handling inbound and outbound inquiries, building rapport, and guiding prospects through the decision-making process.
- Schedule and conduct expert sessions, webinars, and follow-ups to maximize lead conversions.
- Maintain and update CRM records to track leads, interactions, and sales progress efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and promotional activities targeting potential students.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring a high-quality student experience.
- Provide ongoing support to prospects throughout the application and admission process, strengthening trust and brand loyalty.
