Ambitio is a VC-backed fast-growing Admissions AI startup building the copilot for college admissions across the globe. We leverage the state of the art in machine learning (ML) and language modeling technologies to make it 10x easier to apply and get into top institutions. Our team consists of IIT alumni with cumulative experience of 10+ years in the global higher education space.

What you will be doing?

This is a hybrid Product × Growth × Marketing role at the Founder’s Office — ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and wants to work directly with the founder on Ambitio’s most critical growth bets.

You’ll drive clarity in communication, precision in experimentation, and speed in execution across product and marketing funnels — from shaping how Ambitio is perceived to improving how users convert, engage, and stay.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Strategy

• Identify, test, and scale new growth levers across channels and user journeys.
• Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and market trends to generate actionable insights.
• Run structured experiments — design hypotheses, measure outcomes, and communicate results.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to align experiments with key growth goals.

Launch & Scale New Initiatives

• Work directly with the Dirghayu(Founder & CEO) on strategic projects across business, partnerships, and marketing.
• Translate data into insights, insights into strategy, and strategy into action.
• Conduct deep dives on performance data, industry trends, and competitive benchmarks.

Community & Campus Growth
