About Ambitio: Copilot for Education Abroad
At Ambitio, we're building India's first AI-powered global admissions platform that helps students get into their dream schools. About the Role
This is a hybrid Product × Growth × Marketing role at the Founder’s Office — ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and wants to work directly with the founder on Ambitio’s most critical growth bets.
You’ll drive clarity in communication, precision in experimentation, and speed in execution across product and marketing funnels — from shaping how Ambitio is perceived to improving how users convert, engage, and stay.

Key Responsibilities
Growth & Strategy
- Identify, test, and scale new growth levers across channels and user journeys.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and market trends to generate actionable insights.
- Run structured experiments — design hypotheses, measure outcomes, and communicate results.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to align experiments with key growth goals.
Launch & Scale New Initiatives
- Work directly with the Dirghayu(Founder & CEO) on strategic projects across business, partnerships, and marketing.
- Translate data into insights, insights into strategy, and strategy into action.
- Conduct deep dives on performance data, industry trends, and competitive benchmarks.
Community & Campus Growth
- Build and manage a thriving student community across platforms and campuses.
- Design campus outreach initiatives and ambassador programs to expand Ambitio’s presence.
- Create engagement strategies that turn students into advocates.

- 1-3 years of experience in growth, marketing, consulting, or founder’s office roles.
- Highly analytical and structured thinker with strong command over numbers and experimentation.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder-handling skills.

This sets you apart
- Experience in EdTech, community building, or university-focused initiatives.
- Comfort working across data tools (Excel, SQL, Notion, or dashboards) and product analytics.
