About the Role
As the Product Marketing Manager at Ambitio, you will be responsible for shaping how our product is experienced, communicated, and understood.
You’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and data — driving clarity in messaging, improving conversion through insight-led storytelling, and ensuring that every interaction with Ambitio builds trust and drives engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on translating complex ideas into powerful, human-centric communication and enjoys owning measurable impact on user growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Craft the Product Narrative
- Define Ambitio’s product story across all user touch points: website, campaigns, onboarding, and CRM.
- Translate product features into simple, relatable value propositions that connect with students and parents.
- Build frameworks for proof-based and outcome-driven communication to strengthen brand credibility.
Drive Conversion & Engagement
- Analyze the user journey from sign-up to enrolment to identify key friction points.
- Design experiments around messaging, timing, and creative assets to improve conversion rates and show-up rates.
- Partner with performance and creative teams to align communication strategy across paid and organic channels.
Enable Product & Brand Alignment
- Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure launches, features, and improvements are communicated effectively.
- Work with design and content to create high-impact campaigns that reinforce Ambitio’s mission and tone of voice.
- Maintain a unified, insight-driven narrative across brand, product, and marketing materials.
Measure & Learn
- Track key marketing and engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of messaging and positioning.
- Build dashboards and reports that translate marketing insights into actionable product and creative inputs.
- Continuously refine communication based on data, feedback, and observed behavior patterns.

- 4–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle, or Growth Marketing at a high-growth consumer startup.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional written communication skills and narrative clarity.
- Proven record of improving user engagement or conversion through messaging and positioning.
This sets you apart
- Experience in EdTech, higher education, or other aspirational consumer products.
- Background in launching or scaling user communication systems and automation journeys.
- Understanding of student motivation and decision-making behavior.
- Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience demonstrating ownership and velocity.
