About the Role
As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Ambitio, you will run and scale our paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and new channels. You will own growth targets, manage large budgets with precision, and drive measurable improvements in traffic quality and conversion.
You will blend analytical depth with strong creative instincts, diagnose funnel issues quickly, and run fast experiments that compound into sustained performance gains. Your work will shape how students discover Ambitio and directly influence our revenue trajectory.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, thrives in fast-moving environments, and enjoys full accountability for spend, efficiency, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Run Performance & Scale Acquisition
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and new channels to drive high-quality growth.
- Maintain strong campaign structure, audience hygiene, and pacing to maximise signal and efficiency.
- Identify scale opportunities across segments and double down on high-performing clusters.
Improve Funnel & Lift Conversion
- Analyse the user journey to find friction points and build experiments that improve conversion and show-up rates.
- Test variations in creative, targeting, bidding, and landing experience to unlock measurable gains.
- Work closely with sales and ops to ensure fast follow-up and tight alignment with demand peaks.
Own Budgets, Forecasting & Experimentation
- Manage monthly budgets with accuracy and ensure spend aligns with volume and efficiency targets.
- Build weekly forecasts and performance reports that convert data into clear recommendations.
- Create and run a systematic experimentation pipeline that refreshes creatives, reduces fatigue, and strengthens account learning.

- Strong analytical depth with the ability to interpret data, diagnose bottlenecks, and make fast, insight-led decisions.
- Proven record of scaling paid acquisition, improving conversion, and managing large budgets with precision.
- Comfort with rapid experimentation and a bias for measurable outcomes.

- Background in building structured testing pipelines, creative refresh systems, or multi-channel scaling playbooks.
- Understanding of user behaviour, motivation, and the psychology behind performance-driven messaging.
